Orca facts:

The Orca is one of the fastest and smartest marine animals, family of the dolphins and easy to recognize by their black and white markings. The black and white markings are the most ideal camouflage for prey animals below and above them. The Orcas are at the top of the food chain and have no natural enemy. A baby Orca weighs 140kg and can grow into a huge animal up to 9000kg! Orcas are super social and very smart. They make a wide variety of communicative sounds, and each pod has distinctive noises that its members will recognize even at a distance. Orcas live in tight-knit family groups that share a sophisticated, unique culture that is passed down through generations.

The Scientific Name is Orcinus Orca. They are carnivores and eat a lot of meat. Their average life span when they live in the wild is 50 to 80 years.
They are huge! Their size is 23 to 32 feet which is the same as the length of a bus. They can weigh up to 6 tons.
